The restaurant Frenzi Cucina is a place we discovered accidentally, when we were heading for a different restaurant. Located on the Overtoom in Amsterdam, this place is somewhat far from the center of the city, but very close to the Vondelpark. In cities all over the Netherlands, saturday 9 april there will be free Masterclasses in Yoga at Achmea Health Centers. You can sign up through the website. As far as I understood, it’s not necessary to have an insurance at Achmea, neither to be member of the center.
